Ep 7. Lost in Translation

The Exes is about three divorced men who share an apartment across from their divorce attorney, who also happens to be their landlord. In season 1 episode 7 titled "Lost in Translation", the guys try to help Holly, their neighbor, impress her date by teaching her Spanish. Holly is nervous about her date since he is originally from Mexico and she thinks they may not have much to talk about given the language barrier.
