An Aurora Teagarden Mystery: Three Bedrooms, One Corpse is a 2016 mystery film directed by Lynne Stopkewich, starring Candace Cameron Bure, Lexa Doig, Marilu Henner, and Yannick Bisson. However, when Roe arrives at the house, she finds three dead bodies, including Jane's, inside the house.

Her investigation leads her to an old unsolved case involving a missing woman and connections to the dead bodies in the house. Along with her boyfriend, Detective Arthur Smith (Bisson), her best friend, Sally Allison (Doig), and her mother, Aida Teagarden (Henner), they unearth secrets that were buried a long time ago.

Throughout the movie, Roe faces numerous challenges while trying to solve the case. The list of suspects includes neighbors, friends, and a handful of other potential killers. There are also multiple leads that end up being red herrings. The plotline takes numerous twists and turns, keeping the audience engaged and guessing until the very end.

The movie is well-executed, with excellent cinematography that captures the beauty of the small-town setting. Candace Cameron Bure delivers a convincing performance as the investigative Roe, displaying both vulnerability and strength throughout the movie. The chemistry between her and Yannick Bisson is palpable, adding to the film's romantic subplot.

Lexa Doig and Marilu Henner also deliver solid performances, with Doig providing much-needed comic relief, and Henner portraying the ever-supportive mother well.
