Blair was is certainly no stranger to horror films and fully enveloped her role as a nurse working in a psychiatric hospital. She adds a realistic stage presence to the plausible plot lines. Mental hospitals and psychiatric hospitals are creepy to begin with but when more sinister activities are going on within the walls, the horror level quickly rises. What makes the terror all the more real on this set is the instances could actually happen in a place where the victims do not have a voice. When the young nurse begins suspecting that recent deaths of her patients could be the result of foul play, she takes it upon herself to start an internal investigation. Working under a world famous doctor is sure to give her valuable experience and help her write her own ticket in the medical realm, but when nurse Maggie realizes the horrible truth about her employer it's her life that could be in danger. Twists and turns abound in this atypical horror film. Heroes become victims and characters develop into strange new people throughout the unpredictable plot.
