Hard Rain

Hard Rain brings to light the inner greed of man when placed in a position where there are no laws, and no chance of being caught. The plot of the movie involves two armored car drivers, played by Christian Slater and Edward Asner, who are making the rounds in a small Indiana burg picking up all the money from the local banks as a torrential rain storm has flooded the entire area. After the final pick up the armored truck gets stuck and the money in the vehicle must be placed in a safe place. Unbeknownst to the drivers there are several of the area townsfolk who know about the money and make a concerted effort to try and relieve our heroes of the cash. All of this is taking place while the town is falling in around them from the flood waters of the rain storm.
