In Crisis on Two Earths, the Justice League’s mirror opposites are the villains, and villains like the Joker and Lex Luthor are the heroes. A parallel universe’s group of super-powered super villains called the Crime Syndicate of America has taken down an alternate Justice League and taken over the comparable version of earth. Mirror-earth’s heroic Lex Luthor travels across dimensions to enlist the aid of the Justice League to stop the villains led by the League’s malevolent counterparts. Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman battle their evil equals: Owlman, Ultraman, and Superwoman. The Flash, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter also join in the fight to save not only the world that is the reverse of their own but also all connected universes from a doomsday weapon that could wipe out every trace of existence.
