Last Rites is the story of a priest who is related to people in the Mafia. He chooses to protect the mistress of a Mafia boss who was murdered. When the Mafia boss is murdered his relative, a priest, begins to deal with the aftermath of his life. The man had a mistress and now the wife wants this woman dead. Being the widow of a Mafia boss allows her to order her husband's men to hunt the mistress down and kill her.

The priest must protect the mistress from the men of his dead relative and the widow who seeks revenge.
