Mr. Popper's Penguins is a film that came out in June 2011, and it is classified under the category of comedy and family. The basic plot of the film is a business man's life begins to change when he gets six penguins. He has no choice but to transfer his apartment into a haven for the penguins; however, his professional life begins to unravel before the eyes of the audience. The six penguins in his house are clearly too much for Mr. Popper to handle in this adaptation of Arctic Atwater's children's book. Mr. Popper writes a letter to the Arctic Explorer's team, and he receives a penguin the mail a short time later. He lets the animal hang out in his freezer, but he gets a lady penguin as well. Before he knows it, he is training a flock of birds to do tricks. He begins to take them on the road, and he calls his act Popper's Penguins. As he travels from city to city, he finds the penguins get him into more and more trouble. Mr. Popper and the penguins begin to bond with one another as they battle being on the road.
