Uday is a handsome young man who has just inherited the wealth of a large corporation after the passing of his father. Uday's father was the chairman of the company and now Uday has taken over that roll. He is a well-respected member of the company as his father was a beloved man within the ranks. One evening while celebrating a New Year's Eve party Uday spots the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. Through his friend Uday discovers that the girl lives by her lonesome in a beach house, and cares for a nursery. He devises a plan to meet her and make her fall in love with him.
