The Ninja Turtles get assistance from their friend and news reporter April as well as their mentor Splinter and Keno who is their pizza boy.

The ooze can make creatures come to life. Shredder has located the last one of these canisters and is using it to create huge mutants that are very strong and threaten the community. He has the help of a professor to make his evil plan come to fruition. Splinter reveals to them that they were made from this ooze and that they have to fight Shredder to stop him from revealing the secret about them.
