Fong Sai Yuk falls in love with Governor Yuen's daughter and they form a bond. However, this puts Fong Sai Yuk in danger as Governor Yuen will not tolerate his daughter marrying a rebel.
As the Red Flower Society plans their next move, Fong Sai Yuk becomes a target for the government. In order to keep him safe, his mother sends him to train in the mountains with the legendary Shaolin monks. There, he learns new martial arts skills and becomes a formidable fighter. When he returns to the Red Flower Society, he discovers that they have been infiltrated by a spy who is working for Governor Yuen. The spy has already informed the Governor of their plans and he is waiting for them.
The Red Flower Society decides to go ahead with their plan to overthrow the Qing dynasty. Fong Sai Yuk and Governor Yuen have an epic fight scene to determine the fate of China.
