The movie, There Goes My Baby, is starts in the year 1961, where a freshman class of Westwood High School in LA becomes profiled in Look magazine. In the magazine article the class is called "the future of the country." Now 4 years into the future, the same class is about to graduate on their last day of school. On the night of graduation, the class meets at their local hangout spot, "Pop's Paradise Café". Pops is scheduled to be demolished in a few days, to make room for a new mall. Throughout the night of graduation, the class members’ dreams and thoughts of the future are revealed among the group of friends in the Westwood High's graduating class of 1965.
