Aquaman: The Animated Series is a cartoon show based on the super hero character, Aquaman. This series details the adventures of Aquaman as he saves the innocent and fights for justice as super heroes traditionally do. As a good super hero, Aquaman has a sidekick, Aqualad. It is the task of Aquaman to teach and mentor the younger Aqualad in the super hero business. These characters by DC comics are animated for this series and follow the super hero traditions in the DC comic series of super heroes.
