Police put a retired chemist under surveillance and discover he's trying to make illegal drugs to sell to other drug lords. But he says he's just making Viagra. Later, police lift a fingerprint from the outside of a drug vessel. It belongs to a man named Justin Ball who police suspect is making the killer drug PMA. They need to shut him down and fast.
