Ep 7. Listen Y'all It's Sabotage

In Bar Rescue season 7 episode 7, titled "Listen Y'all It's Sabotage," host Jon Taffer heads to a Louisville, Kentucky dive bar called Old 502 Bar & Bistro. The owners, who are also siblings, have been struggling to make a profit for years despite having a prime location in downtown Louisville.

Upon arriving at the bar, Taffer immediately notices a lack of energy and enthusiasm from the staff. He explores the menu and finds that it's too overwhelming and confusing for customers to navigate. The drinks are also poorly made and lack any creativity or flair.

Taffer brings in his team of experts to help turn things around. He has renowned chef Jason Santos revamp the entire menu, simplifying it and adding some Southern flare to reflect the bar's Kentucky roots. Mixologist Phil Wills creates a new drink menu that features local bourbon and fresh ingredients.

As always, Taffer also emphasizes the importance of employee training, and brings in a team of experts to teach the staff how to make quality drinks and provide excellent customer service. He also notices that some of the staff members may be sabotaging the bar from the inside, and works to address and resolve any internal conflicts.

With only a few days to get things in order before the grand reopening, tensions run high as the team races to finish the renovations and implement the new changes.
