Welcome Home / Raccooned is the 8th episode of season 1 of the animated TV series Big City Greens.

In the first part of the episode, Welcome Home, Cricket Green, the energetic and mischievous 10-year-old boy, finds out that his sweet grandmother is coming back to their city for a visit. The Greens are eager to please their beloved relative, and they set out to clean the apartment from top to bottom, but they end up getting in each other's way and causing chaos. Meanwhile, Cricket becomes determined to find the perfect gift for Grandma Alice, but his unconventional ideas lead to hilarious results.

In the second part of the episode, Raccooned, the Greens wake up one morning to find their house in a state of disarray, with food and belongings scattered all over the place. They soon discover that a mischievous bandit raccoon has broken into their home and has been wreaking havoc during the night. The Greens are determined to catch the little thief, and a competition ensues between Cricket and his older brother Tilly on who can come up with the most creative and effective plan to trap the raccoon. However, their attempts only lead to more chaos and destruction, leaving the family exhausted and frustrated. That is until Grandma Alice arrives with her own solution to the raccoon problem, proving that she still has some tricks up her sleeve.

As always, Big City Greens delivers a fun and entertaining episode that will appeal to both kids and adults. The episode explores themes of family, relationships, and the challenges of living in a big city. With its sharp writing, great voice acting, and colorful animation, Welcome Home / Raccooned is a great addition to the first season of this delightful series.
