Ep 4. Going, Going, Gone

As promised to Sharon and Tracey, Dorien is finally going to sell her house in Dobbs Weir. However, when Dorien discovers that the property may be worth much more than she initially thought, with the potential to be developed into luxury flats, she cancels the sale and decides to sell the house via auction instead. The sisters and Dorien are enthusiastic about this idea, and they head to the auction house to see what kind of offers the house will get.

As the auction gets underway, the atmosphere is tense. Dorien is nervous, but the sisters are excited and optimistic. However, things start to go wrong when the bidding starts. A local property developer, who had been keen to buy Dorien's house, suddenly and unexpectedly drops out of the bidding. The sisters and Dorien start to panic as the offers begin to stall, and they wonder if they will get the sale they were hoping for.

To make matters worse, Tracey's sister-in-law Sharon, who had come along to help out, is feeling a little out of place. She's not used to the glitz and glamour of auctions, and she's afraid she's going to embarrass herself by making a fuss. However, when Dorien's house finally goes up for sale, she finds herself unexpectedly caught up in the excitement of the bidding war.

As the auction continues, tensions rise and a variety of potential buyers start to vie for ownership of Dorien's house. There's a young couple looking for their first home together, an older gentleman who wants to retire to the countryside, and a wealthy businessman who is looking to make an investment. The sisters and Dorien watch in awe as the bids soar, hoping that they'll be able to fetch a good price for the house they love.

Towards the end of the auction, it looks as though the house might be going to the businessman. The sisters and Dorien exchange anxious glances as the bidding climbs higher and higher. However, just when it seems as though the house is as good as sold, the businessman suddenly drops out. The sisters are left looking dismayed as they watch the auctioneer bring down the gavel.

Although the house didn't fetch quite as much as they had hoped, the sisters and Dorien are still delighted with the results. As they leave the auction, they celebrate their success over a glass of champagne, toasting to the new chapter of their lives that will soon begin. As they walk out into the sunshine, all three of them are excited to see what their futures hold.
