Ep 1. Black Blood Brothers

In the anime series Black Blood Brothers, season 1 episode 1, viewers are introduced to Jiro Mochizuki, a skilled vampire hunter also known as the Silver Blade. Jiro and his younger brother Kotaro arrive in a special zone called the Special Administrative Zone, or the "Zone", which is a city that serves as a sanctuary for vampires to live without fear of persecution.

Mimiko helps Jiro and Kotaro enter the city and explains some of the rules and dangers of the city, including the presence of the Kowloon Children, a group of dangerous and powerful vampires who seek to disrupt the peace in the city.

Jiro and Kotaro make their way to the Goldfish House, a hotel where Jiro had previously stayed before. There, they are introduced to Sei, a woman who runs the hotel and is a friend of Jiro's. Jiro and Sei reminisce about their past together as Jiro meets other residents of the Goldfish House, including a human detective named Kelly Wong, who is investigating recent disappearances in the Zone.

Despite protests from Mimiko and Kelly, Jiro decides to investigate the disappearances himself. He and Kotaro venture into the underground areas of the city, where they encounter a group of Kowloon Children. Jiro fights them off with ease, but one of the Kowloon Children escapes.

Jiro and Kotaro continue their investigation and eventually come across a group of humans who have been kidnapped by the Kowloon Children. Jiro fights off the Kowloon Children once again, but not before one of the humans is killed. Jiro vows to protect the remaining humans and defeat the Kowloon Children.

The episode ends with Jiro, Kotaro, Mimiko, and others planning their next move in the battle against the Kowloon Children. Jiro is determined to prevent any further harm to the humans in the Zone and to protect his brother, whom he cares deeply for.

Black Blood Brothers season 1 episode 1 sets the stage for an action-packed and thrilling anime series, with a unique twist on the vampire genre. The episode introduces viewers to a wide range of characters, each with their own motivations and secrets, and sets up a complex and intriguing storyline that will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.
