Ep 46. Dissension

Torkio and the gang travel to the underground mines to find the lost city, Nasca. During their journey, they are attacked by a group of Shadow Wielders led by a man called Fagino. Shu and the others are able to defeat the Shadow Wielders, but Fagino escapes.

Once they arrive in Nasca, Torkio tells the group about his past and how he came to learn about the lost city. He reveals that he was a member of the Shadow Wielder organization, but turned against them after he discovered their true intentions and the harm they were causing to innocent people.

As Torkio leads the group through the city, they begin to encounter more Shadow Wielders. It becomes clear that Fagino and his group were not the only ones after them. The group manages to fight them off, but tensions rise as they begin to argue about their next move.

Kluke suggests that they should split up in order to find the remaining entrances to the underground mines, while Marumaro and Bouquet argue that they should stick together. Tensions are already high due to Torkio's past affiliations with the enemy, and the group becomes even more divided when a group of Shadow Wielders kidnaps Bouquet.

Shu and the others manage to rescue Bouquet and continue their journey, but their trust in Torkio has been severely shaken. As they near their goal, they encounter Fagino once again. This time, he reveals that he was once a good friend of Torkio's and that he blames him for the death of their mutual friend.

The group is caught off guard as Torkio reveals that he did, in fact, kill their friend in order to stop him from carrying out a terrorist attack. He had kept this secret from them in order to protect them from Fagino's revenge.

The revelation causes even more dissension within the group, as they struggle to come to terms with Torkio's actions and the implications of his secrets. Despite their disagreements, they continue to fight together against the Shadow Wielders and finally make it to their destination.

The episode ends with the group standing together at the entrance to the underground mines, unsure of what dangers and revelations await them within.
