Jeremy and LaShelle are a couple looking for a bigger home to fit their growing family. They love their current neighborhood, but their current home no longer meets their needs. They need more space for their three children, two dogs, and all their hobbies and interests.
Drew and Jonathan meet with the couple to discuss their wishlist for their new home. They want a house with at least four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a big backyard for their dogs to play in, and space for Jeremy's drum set and LaShelle's crafting supplies.
After discussing their budget, Drew takes them to see a few potential homes that fit their criteria. The first house is large and spacious, but it's located on a busy street and doesn't have a big backyard. The second house has a great backyard and a lot of potential, but it needs a lot of work and would stretch their budget.
The third house is the winner, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a big backyard. It's move-in ready and fits their budget perfectly. After some negotiation, they are able to secure the house and begin planning their move.
Next, it's time to prepare their old home for sale. Drew and Jonathan come up with a plan to declutter and update the house, making it more attractive to potential buyers. They get to work painting, staging, and landscaping, and the house looks amazing.
The house quickly attracts a lot of interest from buyers, and Drew and Jonathan receive multiple offers. After some negotiation, they are able to sell the house for more than the asking price, giving Jeremy and LaShelle some extra money to put towards their new home.
With the sale of their old home complete, it's time to move into their new one. Drew and Jonathan help the couple from start to finish, making sure all their belongings are safely packed and that everything is set up in their new home.
The couple is thrilled with their new home, and they can't believe how smooth the buying and selling process was with the help of Drew and Jonathan. They are finally able to have the space they need for their family and hobbies, and they couldn't be happier.
