Julie and Rob are a newly engaged couple who are looking to move into their first home together. They've been living separately in cramped apartments and want to find a place where they can start their lives together. They have a budget of $500,000 and are hoping to find a house in the desirable neighborhood of Brookhaven, Georgia.

The episode begins with Jonathan and Drew meeting with Julie and Rob to discuss their needs and wants in a new home. Julie is a teacher and Rob works in marketing, so they both need home offices as well as plenty of storage space. They also want a large kitchen for entertaining, a backyard for their dog, and a guest room for visitors.

Drew takes Julie and Rob on a tour of a potential new home, but it quickly becomes clear that it needs a lot of work. The kitchen is outdated, the bathrooms are in disrepair, and there's no clear flow between the rooms. Drew estimates that it will cost about $150,000 to renovate the house to Julie and Rob's standards.

Meanwhile, Jonathan takes on the task of selling Julie and Rob's current homes. Julie's apartment is small and cluttered, while Rob's apartment is in a noisy building. Jonathan suggests that they declutter and stage the apartments to make them more appealing to buyers.

As the renovation of the new house gets underway, Julie and Rob start to see the potential in the space. They're excited about adding personal touches to their new home, like a custom wallpaper in the guest room and a sliding barn door in the master bedroom.

During the renovation process, Jonathan runs into some unexpected challenges. The original floor plan of the house is confusing and doesn't flow well, which means that he has to reconfigure the entire layout. This adds time and expense to the project, but Jonathan is determined to make it work.

As the renovation nears completion, Drew takes Julie and Rob on a tour of their newly renovated home. They're blown away by the changes and can't believe that it's the same house. The kitchen is now open and airy, the bathrooms have been completely redone, and there are plenty of storage solutions throughout the house.

After selling their respective apartments, Julie and Rob have a budget of $85,000 to furnish and decorate their new home. They enlist the help of designer Tiffany Pratt to bring their vision to life. They want a mix of modern and traditional styles, with pops of color and plenty of artwork.

Tiffany takes Julie and Rob shopping for furniture and accessories, and they have a blast picking out items that reflect their personalities. They choose a bold blue sofa for the living room, a colorful gallery wall for the hallway, and a vintage-inspired bed for the guest room.

As the final touches are put on the house, Julie and Rob reflect on their journey. They're thrilled with their new home and can't wait to start their new life together. Jonathan and Drew are also happy with the outcome, and proud to have helped another family find their dream home.
