In this episode of Caribbean Life, Neela and Jason are a young couple who have been looking to move to the Caribbean for a while. They are excited to finally be able to make the move and start a new chapter in their lives. They both love being near the water and are eager to find a place that is close to the beach.

The couple starts their journey in the bustling city of San Juan, Puerto Rico. They meet with their real estate agent who presents them with several options for properties in the area. They tour a few properties, one of which is a cozy two-bedroom apartment with a balcony that overlooks the city. They love the apartment's location and can't resist the stunning view, but they feel it may not be big enough for their needs.

Neela and Jason then visit another property. This time they see a townhouse located in a gated community. The townhouse is spacious, beautifully furnished, and has a backyard complete with a private pool. They both love the townhouse and can already imagine themselves relaxing by the pool. They are sold on this one.

Next stop - the island of St. Maarten. They have always dreamed of living on a peaceful island and can't wait to explore what St. Maarten has to offer. They meet with their agent who shows them a couple of properties. One of the properties is a beautiful condo with breathtaking ocean views and beach access. They both agree that this could be the perfect place for them.

Their agent also shows them a stunning villa on the Dutch side of the island complete with a private dock, infinity pool, and an outdoor kitchen. They can't believe their eyes and can't stop imagining themselves living the island life in this luxurious villa. They definitely have a tough decision to make.

Neela and Jason finally decide to go with the townhouse in San Juan as it meets all their requirements, has plenty of room, and is in a great location. They are excited to start their new life in this beautiful city.
