PSST!
In our Sunday Morning cover story, Susan Spencer takes a look at the wide, and vastly profitable, gossip business and its effects on the rest of journalism. In the wake of the scandal on the New York Post's "Page Six," with freelance reporter Jared Paul Stern being caught on tape trying to extort $210,000 from a billionaire businessman, the inner workings of the gossip industry have been exposed to public scrutiny like never before. Spencer will talk with gossip queen Bonnie Fuller, editorial chief of Star Magazine, and the National Enquirer; gossip columnists Michael Musto of the Village Voice, Mary Louise Oakes, formerly of The Los Angeles Times, William Sherman, the Daily News reporter who broke the story of the Page Six scandal, and ethicist Kelly McBride of the Poynter Institute, about the business of gossip: why we're fascinated, what's at stake, and whether journalistic rules apply.

ALMANAC
On April 23, 1977, a dentist from Waco, Texas really had the world on a string. His name was Dr. Allen Bussey, and on that date, he broke the world record for yo-yo-ing, making 20,302 consecutive loops, earning him a place in the "Guinness Book of World Records," and in yo-yo history.

CEZANNE
Picasso called him 'the father of us all.' Matisse hailed him as a 'benevolent god of painting.' Paul Cezanne is seen by many as the first modern painter. This Sunday Morning, our 60 Minutes colleague Morley Safer pays a visit to the National Gallery of Art in Washington, where a new show, 'Cezanne in Provence,' is on view through May 7.

MANHUNT
It is now an open spot in a highway median in Virginia: the place where John Wilkes Booth was killed on April 26, 1865. For 12 days, he had eluded one of the greatest manhunts in American history. And he came very close to getting away. This Sunday Morning, CBS News Correspondent Bob Orr and James Swanson, author of the best selling "Manhunt: The 12 Day Chase for Lincoln's Killer," retrace Booth's steps from Ford's Theater into the Maryland countryside, across the Potomac River and into Virginia. Together, they talk about the Confederate agents and soldiers who helped him along the way as he headed to the Deep South, where he hoped he would be safe.

PASSAGE
It happened this week: A woman who's known for turning letters, and turning heads, took her turn in the spotlight: Vanna White got her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

CYNDI LAUPER
In 1983, it was if she came out of nowhere, although when she spoke, her voice suggested a distinct New Yawk upbringing. And when she sang, the voice was unforgettable. In a short time, she had already given us a handful of songs that became pop classics, and two that would become anthems: "True Colors" and "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun." She became the first female artist to chart four top five singles from a debut album. And today, Cyndi Lauper is still doing what she does best, singing and performing -- this time from the Broadway stage in the role of Jenny Diver in the Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of "The Threepenny Opera." This Sunday, Correspondent Russ Mitchell speaks to the singer who, time after time, never ceases to surprise.
