Charger Girl, Ju-den Chan is a censored version of the series "Fight Ippatsu! J?den-chan!!," and features a cast of characters consistently entirely of anthropomorphized versions of household appliances, known as Juden-chan in Japanese, or other devices that necessitate being plugged in to something. The charger girls are tasked with monitoring the level of depression in normal humans. If a human's depression ever reaches incredibly strong levels, one or more of the charger girls will appear and insert a giant electrical plug into that person, charging them up with positivity and good feelings. Aresta tries to restore Sento back to normal, but regardless of how many times she tries, she always seems to fail. Plug on the other hand, has replaced a new employee on tracking down a Z-target, but as usual things start to make a turn for the worse...

While waiting in their superior's office they meet the ultra-beautiful and super elite Roden-chan. Introductions and formalities can wait as there's a huge power leakage that Juden and Aresta must attend to...as well as protect Sento?!

Plug, desperate to return back to work, still can't fully move her arms and is ordered by the section manager to follow through with her rehab under Aresta's watch. Just as she begins rehab, a new target appears, but before Plug can rush off Aresta stops her...

This time, however, the target has changed, becoming Kajihara Kentaro - a countercurrent target - who received the designation of a Z-target meaning that he could possibly be the perfect target they're looking for. Unaware of this development, Plug and her team start to investigate on their own...
