There are many people who have problems cleaning up their homes and in this series, you will meet many of those. Neecy Nash with her team of helpers go in and help the family to rid of things they don't need and to clean up their home. Part of this is holding a sale to get rid of the stuff they don't need and people will fight them tooth and nail. With the money that they get, they then use this to decorate the house and give it the makeover that the family has been wishing to have.

While they are there, the team knows that it doesn't get messy all on its own. So, Neecy Nash talks to the family to see what needs to change and how things got to the way that they currently are. When all is said and done, no matter how much money is raised, the families are still in for a big surprise.
