CZW "Best of the Best 15" took place on April 9th, 2016 in Voorhees, NJ and featured some of the best wrestlers from around the world battling it out for the coveted "Best of the Best" trophy. The tournament included eight first-round matches, followed by three second-round matches, and culminating in a three-way final round to determine the winner.

The first round kicked off with a match between David Starr and Lio Rush, two young up-and-comers in the wrestling world. The match was fast-paced and hard-hitting, with both wrestlers showcasing their athleticism and technical skill. In the end, it was Lio Rush who came out on top, advancing to the next round.

The second match saw the debuting Aaron Williams take on Shane Strickland. Williams, a member of the Ohio is 4 Killers stable, was an unknown quantity to many fans, but he quickly proved himself as a force to be reckoned with, taking the fight to Strickland with a series of hard-hitting strikes and submission holds. However, Strickland was able to weather the storm and ultimately emerged victorious, earning his spot in the next round.

The third match pitted Desmond Xavier against AR Fox, two high-flyers known for their acrobatic abilities and daredevil stunts.
