The first round kicked off with a match between David Starr and Lio Rush, two young up-and-comers in the wrestling world. The match was a brutal affair, with both men using chairs, tables, and other weapons to try and gain the upper hand. In the end, it was Callihan who emerged victorious, booking his place in the final round.

The third and final match of the second round was a clash between Tim Donst and Will Ospreay. Ospreay, fresh off his win against T.J. Perkins, was looking to continue his momentum and advance to the final round. However, Donst had other plans, using his technical prowess to keep Ospreay grounded and ultimately securing the win with another submission hold.

With the final round set, Lio Rush, Sami Callihan, and Tim Donst faced off in a three-way match to determine the winner of "Best of the Best 15". The match was an intense battle, with all three men pulling out all the stops to try and secure the win. In the end, it was Tim Donst who emerged victorious, capturing the "Best of the Best" trophy and cementing his place as one of CZW's top stars.
