Mister Bill is a peculiar fellow made out of Play-Doh. He has a very high voice and spends a lot of his time screaming in panic. He would like to simply live in peace with his faithful dog Spot and his sweet girlfriend, Miss Sally. Unfortunately, the seemingly friendly Mr. Hands is always interfering in his life, turning pleasant days into disasters, especially when he summons Mister Bill's sinister arch-nemesis, Sluggo. Life is full of surprises for Mister Bill, and most of them are not pleasant, but somehow he always manages to bounce back.
