Come Fly With Me is a British sitcom filmed in a mockumentary style to mimic populay long running British documentary series, such as Airline and Airport. The series was created by Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams, who also starred as the majority of the characters; initial broadcast of Come Fly With Me was on British network BBC One on Christmas Day 2010. Over 12 million viewers watched the first episode of the show making Come Fly With me the third most watched show on Christmas Day in the U.K. To add a touch of authenticity to the mockumentary the show was filmed on location at London Stansted and Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield airports. The six episodes of the first season of Come Fly With Me revolve around three very dofferent airlines and the effects their flights have on passengers. Low budget airline FlyLo is headed by Omar Baba and is famous for the hidden fees the company charges its passengers; for example a low cost flight to New York carries fees totaling more than 480 pounds. A second airline Our Lady Air is an Irish airline that tries to reduce the cost of its flights by landing in airports far away from the center of cities passengers are trying to visit. Finally, Great British Air is a world famous British airline known for the quality of service provided to their customers. Comic characters featured in the mockumentary include a prejudiced immigration officer who constantly shows his prejudice towards immigrants arriving in the U.K.
