Cops Season 8 Episode 34 Albuquerque, NM #4

In this episode of Cops, we follow the officers of the Albuquerque Police Department as they patrol the streets of Albuquerque, New Mexico for the fourth time. Throughout the episode, the officers respond to various calls involving drug use, domestic disputes, and traffic violations.

The episode begins with Officer Vince Alisuag responding to a call about a man who allegedly stole a car. Upon arriving at the scene, he is quickly able to locate the stolen vehicle and apprehend the suspect. As he questions the man, he discovers that he is in possession of methamphetamine and heroin. The suspect is arrested and taken into custody.

Next, we follow Officer Dan Garcia as he responds to a domestic dispute. Upon arriving at the scene, he finds a couple arguing outside of their home. The woman tells Officer Garcia that her husband is high on drugs and is acting violent. Officer Garcia approaches the man and attempts to calm him down, but the man becomes aggressive and refuses to cooperate. With the help of backup units, Officer Garcia is finally able to subdue the man and take him into custody.

Later in the episode, we follow Officer Alisuag and his partner as they respond to a call about a suspicious vehicle. When they arrive at the scene, they find a car parked on the side of the road with its engine running. Upon approaching the vehicle, they discover that the driver is slumped over and unresponsive. They immediately call for medical assistance, but before it arrives, the driver wakes up and attempts to flee. Officer Alisuag is able to apprehend the driver, and it is later discovered that he was under the influence of drugs.

In another segment, we see Officers Scott Weber and Jarrod Jaramillo investigating a possible drug deal. Upon arriving at the scene, they see a man and a woman exchanging something in a parking lot. When they approach the couple, the man attempts to flee, but is quickly apprehended by Officer Jaramillo. Upon searching the man's vehicle, they discover a large amount of marijuana. The man is arrested and taken into custody.

Throughout the episode, we also see the officers responding to various traffic violations, including speeding and reckless driving. In one segment, Officer Alisuag is involved in a high-speed chase with a suspect who refuses to stop for a traffic violation. After a lengthy pursuit, the suspect is finally apprehended and arrested for multiple charges, including reckless driving and resisting arrest.

As the episode comes to a close, we see Officer Garcia responding to a call about a car accident. When he arrives at the scene, he finds that a driver has crashed into a parked car and fled the scene. With the help of witnesses, Officer Garcia is able to locate the suspect and take him into custody. It is later discovered that the suspect was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident.
