Stella and Eva are unimpressed as they clear up the debris from Becky's lock-in the night before. Sophie suggests to Sally she should visit the soup kitchen and see for herself what good works they're doing. Frank persuades Carla she must attend her mother's funeral or she'll regret it the rest of her life. Stella points out to Becky that with her in charge the pub is going to the dogs; they've run out of lamb for the hotpot and lager too. Becky says she'll sort it out but it's obvious she's out of her depth. James tells Sophie the charity has its eye on a house in Moston which they'd turn into a shelter for the homeless but they need to do some serious fund-raising. Izzy's expecting a text from Will about tickets to a gig. Unbeknown to Izzy, Will texts her but Gary deletes it. Peter gets a call from distraught Carla begging him to meet her in Nick's Bistro. Carla pours her heart out about the funeral, telling him how she wishes she'd been a better daughter and how her family think she's a self-centred bitch.Sally visits the soup kitchen and is pleasantly surprised.
