Ruth travels to Hill Place in Swanmore, Hampshire which is a Grade II listed Georgian villa. Will and Rebecca Dobson currently live there and the couple have given up their home and their jobs to put their all into making the house a success. Will's mother and her siblings are very critical of the changes the couple have planned. Ruth offers solutions to try and keep everyone happy.
