Ruth travels to Garston Manor which is located just outside of Watford and was built in 1812.Sheila O'Neill purchased the house as a wreck for £500,000 from the local council 13 years ago and dreamed of turning it into a school. Today the Montessori school is just about breaking even and Ruth offers Sheila advise on turning things around.
