The episode takes a darker turn as the team discovers that O'Riley has been using his ill-gotten gains to pay for the medical expenses of his dying wife. The team is left with a moral dilemma as they must decide whether to turn O'Riley in for his crimes or to let him go and allow him to continue to care for his sick wife.
