Ep 3. Wet Foot/Dry Foot

As the team delves deeper into the case, they uncover a larger conspiracy involving a corrupt INS agent who was assisting the smugglers in bringing people into the country. The corrupt agent and smuggler were conspiring to kill anyone who threatened to expose their operation.

In the end, the team is able to apprehend the smuggler and the corrupt INS agent, but not before a few more people end up dead. The episode ends with the team contemplating the complexities of immigration policy and the desperation of those seeking to come to America.
