Ep 3. Under the Influence

When a seemingly intoxicated woman runs over a pedestrian, the CSI Miami team is called in to investigate. However, as they delve deeper into the case, they realize that the woman may not have been actually under the influence. With contradictory evidence and possible motives swirling around, the team must unravel the truth while dealing with the consequences of their own actions.

The episode begins with the discovery of a hit-and-run victim in the middle of the street. The team arrives on the scene and begins to gather evidence, including tire tracks and the victim's belongings.
