In the first episode of Deadtime Stories season 1, we are introduced to a small town called Baskerville. This seemingly ordinary town is about to experience some very extraordinary happenings.

As Amanda and Edgar spend more time together, they stumble upon a hidden diary left behind by a previous resident of Baskerville. The diary hints at a powerful entity known as the "Appleheads" that seems to be invading the town. Filled with curiosity and a desire to uncover the truth, Amanda and Edgar decide to investigate further.

Their quest for answers leads them to the old Baskerville orchard, a place rumored to be the epicenter of the strange events plaguing the town. As they delve deeper into the mysteries surrounding the orchard, Amanda and Edgar uncover a dark secret that could have catastrophic consequences for Baskerville and its inhabitants.

In the meantime, Amanda's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Whitman (played by Jamie Lee Curtis and Adam Garcia), are completely oblivious to the supernatural occurrences happening around them. They are dealing with their own struggles, trying to adjust to their new life in Baskerville while coping with the stress of their jobs.

As the episode progresses, Amanda and Edgar must find a way to stop the Appleheads from taking over the town. They enlist the help of a few other misfit students who have also experienced the strange phenomena, forming an unlikely team of heroes.
