Ep 5. Something Borrowed

In Dominion season 1 episode 5, titled "Something Borrowed," Gabriel and his army of eight-balls continue their attack on Vega. Meanwhile, Alex is on a mission to rescue Bixby from the clutches of an eight-ball who has succumbed to his addiction to a drug called Red Lion.

Alex teams up with Noma to hack into Julian's computer to locate Bixby's whereabouts. They are interrupted by Claire, who wants to talk to Alex about their relationship. However, they are forced to put their personal issues aside when they discover Bixby's location.

Back in Vega, William Whele approaches his father, David, to ask for help in overthrowing Claire and taking control of Vega. David refuses, reminding his son that they are not the rulers of Vega and should not interfere with its leadership.

Meanwhile, Michael and Gabriel have a tense confrontation when Gabriel attempts to extract information from Michael about his plan to end the war between humans and angels. Michael refuses to give Gabriel any information, despite Gabriel's threats.

In the midst of the chaos, Alex and Noma successfully locate Bixby and attempt to save her. However, they are faced with unexpected obstacles that jeopardize their mission.

As the episode comes to a close, alliances are tested, loyalties are questioned, and Vega must prepare for its upcoming battle against Gabriel's army. "Something Borrowed" delivers powerful plot points and sets up an intense conflict for future episodes.
