Ep 7. Ouroboros

In Dominion season 1 episode 7, entitled "Ouroboros," the conflict between the angelic and human factions intensifies as they both continue to search for the elusive "chosen one" who is prophesied to bring about the end of the war.

The episode starts with Alex, Claire, and Noma on the run from both the angelic and human armies after escaping from Gabriel's grasp in the previous episode. As they try to evade their pursuers, they stumble upon a group of humans who have been living underground since the apocalypse. Alex is shocked to find that one of the survivors is his ex-girlfriend, who reveals that she has been working on a project to create a weapon capable of killing angels.

Meanwhile, Gabriel enlists the help of a psychic named Uriel, who he hopes will be able to locate the "chosen one" for him. Uriel discovers that the chosen one is actually a woman named Jeep, who is being held captive by the human army. Gabriel sends his loyal follower, Michael, on a mission to retrieve Jeep, but the plan goes awry when Michael is captured by the humans.

Back underground, Alex, Claire, and Noma discover the weapon that Alex's ex-girlfriend has been working on is actually a device that can "mute" an angel's powers. The trio decides to use the weapon to try and level the playing field against the angelic army. However, their plans are thwarted when a group of angels led by Raphael shows up at the underground shelter. In the ensuing fight, Alex and Noma are captured, while Claire manages to escape.

Elsewhere, Michael is taken to the human army's base, where he is subjected to harsh interrogation techniques. Despite being beaten and tortured, Michael refuses to give up any information about Gabriel's plans, earning the respect of his captors.

The episode ends with Alex and Noma being taken to Gabriel's stronghold, where Gabriel reveals his true plan to use Jeep to bring about the apocalypse and plunge the world into chaos. Meanwhile, Claire teams up with Arika, an ally of David Whele, to try and rescue Alex and Noma.

Overall, "Ouroboros" is a thrilling episode that ramps up the tension and sets the stage for an explosive climax to the first season of Dominion. The episode is packed with action, suspenseful moments, and surprising revelations that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
