"Elite Forces" (2001) is a documentary series about soldiers who are the best of the best. Each episode covers a different group and the show emphasizes modern soldiers over historical figures like samurai or Templar Knights. Many of the episodes describe American warriors like Green Berets or the US Marine Corps. There are also episodes about foreign soldiers like the Israeli Commandos and the Royal Marine Commandos. A couple of episodes discuss elite warriors that can be affiliated with any country such as combat engineers or "extreme warriors" who fight in harsh environments such as mountains or ice sheets.
