Ep 3. Dear Abby

And the supporting cast, including Noah Wyle as Dr. Carter and Linda Cardellini as Nurse Sam, are all top-notch.

Overall, "Dear Abby" is an intense and emotional episode that explores the challenges of working in a busy inner-city hospital. It's a must-watch for fans of the show and anyone who enjoys high-quality medical dramas.
