Fred and Angela then travel to Copenhagen, Denmark, where they visit a reindeer farm and sample some of the best meat in the country. They also visit a hip bar that serves natural and organic wine and mezcal cocktails.

In Iceland, the duo pays a visit to a family-run farm where they try fermented shark, one of the country's classic dishes. They then head to Reykjavik to visit the city's food market, where they discover some hidden gems.

The show then moves on to Greece, where Fred and Angela visit a taverna in Athens that has been in the same family for generations. They also experience the best seafood the country has to offer at a beachside restaurant before heading to a rooftop bar with stunning views of the Acropolis.

Finally, in Sweden, they dine at a restaurant located inside an old fire station that prides itself on using local ingredients. They also visit a traditional bakery that has been around for over 100 years.
