Together, they drove to the house of their suspected enemy and opened fire. The occupants of the house, including two children, were unharmed, but the house was riddled with bullet holes.

Smith was arrested and charged with multiple counts of shooting with intent to kill. She also faced charges related to her involvement in Williams' drug trafficking operation. Despite her claims of being coerced by Williams and her attempts to distance herself from the violent incident, Smith was found guilty and sentenced to 42 years in prison.
