Futurama season 2 episode 2, titled "Mars University," sees the Planet Express crew head to Mars University so that Fry can fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a college dropout. However, they soon discover that the university is a hotbed of scientific activity and they are quickly swept up in a series of experiments and mishaps.

As Fry struggles to find his place on campus, he meets up with his former roommate, Guenter, who is now a super-intelligent monkey. Meanwhile, Bender starts a fraternity and soon finds himself at odds with the university's dean, who is determined to shut down Bender's rowdy house of robot debauchery.

As the episode progresses, the crew finds themselves embroiled in all sorts of college hijinks, from attending a wild frat party to stealing a professor's brain. But things take a serious turn when a giant mutant terrier escapes from the university's lab and starts wreaking havoc on the campus.
