He enlists the help of the Robot Devil, who has been banished to the world of the monsters, to construct a robot designed to communicate with Yivo. Fry and Bender travel to Yivo's universe through a wormhole that has opened up and, upon arrival, they are put under its telepathic spell as well. However, once the robot they created begins to communicate with Yivo, a shocking revelation is made that could tear apart the very fabric of the multiverse.

Meanwhile, Leela continues to have a relationship with Yivo, much to the dismay of her friends. As the only person who is in her right mind, Leela struggles to come to terms with Yivo's true nature and must confront her feelings for the alien creature. Additionally, Kif's relationship with Amy is put to the test as her infatuation with Yivo deepens.

As the world falls deeper into the thrall of Yivo, Fry and the Robot Devil must race against time to try to stop its plan for universal domination. Amidst the chaos, the members of the Planet Express crew must confront the reality of their newfound bliss and decide whether to continue living in ignorance or to wake up and fight for their future.
