Ep 15. Fake News

Gabby Duran & the Unsittables season 1 episode 15 is entitled "Fake News." In this episode, Gabby and her friends come across a blog post that claims that aliens have landed in their small town. Initially, Gabby and her friends are skeptical but as more and more people begin to believe the rumors, they start to investigate.

As Gabby and her friends dig deeper, they realize that the blog post was actually created by the owner of a rival local shop in order to drum up business. Gabby and her friends know that they need to stop the rumors before they get out of control, so they team up to create their own blog post that outlines the truth.

With the help of their new alien friend, Gabby and her friends make a special appearance at the rival shop to clear things up with their community. This intervention leads the owner of the rival shop to feel embarrassed and the competition between the two shops is resolved.

Throughout the episode, Gabby, her friends and her alien friends (who come from another planet) show viewers the importance of fact-checking and honesty. The episode also teaches viewers about the dangers of fake news and how it can lead people to believe harmful rumors.
