Last but not least, the team takes on the case of a woman named Mary who is searching for information on her grandfather who was a member of the 369th Infantry Regiment, an all-black regiment that fought in World War I. Through their research, the team is able to uncover the astounding story of Mary's grandfather and his comrades, who overcame tremendous discrimination and adversity to become one of the most celebrated units of World War I. Mary is left in tears as she finally learns about the bravery and resilience of her grandfather and his fellow soldiers.

The episode concludes with the team reflecting on the importance of uncovering family history and the impact that it can have on people's lives. From emotional reunions to surprising revelations, St. Louis: Union Station is a must-see episode of Genealogy Roadshow.
