Emma starts having strange dreams about water creatures, but doesn't think much of it until she meets a mysterious woman who claims to have a magical solution. Meanwhile, Cleo and Rikki are busy with the annual Halloween carnival and must deal with a prankster causing mischief throughout the event. As the night goes on, the girls begin to realize that their two seemingly unrelated problems may actually be connected. With the help of their friend Lewis, they uncover a sinister plot to disrupt their powers and must race against time to stop it before it's too late.
