Ep 8. #Blessed

#Blessed is the eighth episode of Hightown's first season. It follows Jackie Quiñones and the rest of the Monmouth County Task Force as they continue to investigate a string of murders and drug operations along the Cape Cod coast.

On the other side of town, Renee continues to grapple with her own problems. She attends a support group for sex addicts and meets a new potential sponsor, but her addiction comes back to haunt her when junior drug lord Junior reveals that he has a sex tape of her and asks her to do him a favor in exchange for its release.

As the episode reaches its climax, Jackie and the task force find Ray at Frankie's hideout, but things turn violent when a shootout breaks out and Ray is injured. Jackie is forced to make a difficult decision in order to save Ray's life and bring down Frankie once and for all.
