In How to Make It in America season 1 episode 7, titled "Keep on Truck'n," Ben and Cam are struggling with their immigrant investor, Carlos, who seems to be losing interest in their denim business. To make matters worse, they have also been receiving threats from their competitor, Domingo, who is out to crush their business and take over the denim market.
Meanwhile, Rachel is having issues with her boyfriend and father of her child, Darren, who has been struggling with drug addiction. She turns to her friend Edie for support as she tries to navigate through the ups and downs of her relationship with Darren.
Amidst all the chaos, Ben and Cam come up with a new idea for their business - creating a mobile denim truck that would allow them to sell their products anywhere in the city. They start working on the project, but they soon realize that they need more capital to get it off the ground.
Desperate for cash, Cam turns to his cousin Rene, a former drug dealer who has spent time in prison and has recently turned his life around. Rene agrees to help them out, but he warns them about the risks of working with him and getting involved in the drug business.
As they work on their denim truck project, Ben and Cam face a number of challenges, including finding a suitable location to park the truck and dealing with the logistics of running a mobile business. They also have to keep an eye out for Domingo, who is always on their tail and looking to sabotage their plans.
In the end, the duo manages to launch their denim truck and attract a lot of customers, including a group of bikers who are impressed with their products. However, their success is short-lived as Domingo manages to hijack their truck and steal all their inventory.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger as Ben and Cam are left with nothing, wondering how they will be able to salvage their business and move forward. Will they be able to recover from their losses and continue pursuing their dreams? Only time will tell.
