Ep 7. The Courtroom

In season 2, episode 7 of I Love Lucy, titled "The Courtroom," Lucy finds herself in some legal trouble after accidentally taking a $500 bill that belongs to Ricky's business partner, Mr. Littlefield. When Lucy realizes her mistake, she is desperate to return the money before anyone finds out, but she struggles to come up with a plan.

After unsuccessfully attempting to sneak the money back into Mr. Littlefield's pocket, Lucy decides to come clean and confess to Ricky. But before she has a chance to do so, Mr. Littlefield discovers that the money is missing and accuses Ricky of stealing it.

In court, Tom Emery attempts to discredit Mr. Littlefield's testimony by pointing out inconsistencies in his story. However, things take a turn for the worse when Lucy accidentally picks up the same $500 bill again and starts waving it around in court.

As the case becomes more complicated and tensions rise, Lucy is forced to take the stand and tell the truth about what happened. In the end, justice is served and the case is settled, but not before some hilarious miscommunications and misunderstandings.
