Demi-chans Want to Try is the ninth episode of the first season of Interviews with Monster Girls. The show follows a high school biology teacher named Takahashi Tetsuo who is fascinated with demi-humans, beings with supernatural abilities that are partially human.
In this episode, Takahashi invites the demi-human students of the school, including vampire Hikari, snow woman Yuki, and dullahan Kyoko, to a day of testing their abilities and powers. The students are eager to try new things and explore the limits of their abilities, and Takahashi is more than happy to help them.
First up is Hikari, who wants to try running 100 meters in the sun. As a vampire, Hikari is sensitive to sunlight and can only be outside during certain times of the day. She has never tried running during the day before, so Takahashi sets up a test environment and encourages her to stretch and warm up. As she begins to run, Hikari feels a sudden burst of energy and makes it to the end of the 100 meters in record time. Takahashi is impressed and notes down the results of her experiment.
Next up is Yuki, who wants to try making snowballs without any physical contact. As a snow woman, Yuki has the power to create and control snow and ice, but she has always needed to use her hands to do so. She has been practicing in secret and wants to show off her new skill. Takahashi suggests they head outside to see her abilities in action. Yuki nervously concentrates and is able to make a perfect snowball without touching it. Takahashi is amazed and encourages her to keep practicing.
Finally, it's Kyoko's turn to try something new. As a dullahan, Kyoko has a detachable head, which she usually carries around in a backpack. She has never tried to move her head around without physically touching it, and she wants to see if it's possible. Takahashi sets up a camera and encourages Kyoko to concentrate and focus on moving her head without touching it. After a few attempts, Kyoko is able to move her head around and even communicate with Takahashi without physically holding it. Takahashi is thrilled and notes down the results of her experiment.
Throughout the episode, Takahashi is amazed at the abilities and powers of the demi-humans and encourages them to continue exploring their potential. He also takes notes for his research and notes down the progress of each of them, showing how they continue to grow and develop throughout the series.
Overall, Demi-chans Want to Try is an uplifting and positive episode that showcases the unique talents of the demi-human students. Takahashi is a supportive and encouraging figure who is fascinated by their abilities and genuinely wants to help them grow and develop. The humor and lighthearted nature of the episode make it a fun and enjoyable watch for fans of the show.
